1. Data controller

Email to exercise privacy rights: microtools.contact@gmail.com

2. What this tool does with your data

EU AI Act Risk Classifier is a static client-side tool. The answers you enter into the classifier (intended purpose, role, Annex III category, turnover, etc.) are processed entirely in your browser to compute the result. They are not transmitted to, stored by, or logged on any server controlled by us. Closing or reloading the page discards them.

The site has no user accounts, no registration, no subscriptions and no paid features. No automated decision-making producing legal effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR is performed about you, and no commercial profiling takes place.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

We process personal data only for:

  1. Technical operation of the site — serving pages and keeping the service available and secure. Lawful basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
  2. Handling enquiries — replying to messages you send to the contact email. Lawful basis: your consent, given by sending the message (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
  3. Legal compliance — responding to requests from competent authorities where required by law (Article 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Categories of data processed

5. Retention

6. Recipients and international transfers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Cloudflare acts as hosting/CDN provider and may process connection data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR (standard contractual clauses). No other recipient receives your personal data except where a legal obligation exists. We do not sell or share personal data. Some links on this site may be affiliate or sponsored links; any paid element is an optional one-time export, sold and processed by the payment provider named on the page, and the tool itself is free to use. Following an affiliate or sponsored link does not, by itself, transmit any additional personal data to us.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time without retroactive effect. To exercise any of these rights, email microtools.contact@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line.

8. Complaints

If you consider the processing of your data unlawful you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, https://www.aepd.es/) or your local EU data protection authority.

9. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version is always the one published at this URL with the date shown above.
