Its purpose is to provide an indicative classification of an AI system under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — risk tier, applicable articles, deadlines and fine exposure — based on official sources and a dated regulatory snapshot. It does not constitute binding legal or professional advice — for decisions with significant legal or financial consequences, consult qualified counsel.
Terms of use
Access to the site is free and requires no registration. By using the site you agree to use the information lawfully, without infringing third-party rights, and not to use the site for activities contrary to law or public order, nor to introduce or distribute content that violates human rights.
