1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember session information, preferences or activity. Their use is governed by Article 22 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), the GDPR and applicable ePrivacy rules.
2. Cookies used on this site
This site sets no first-party tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.
EU AI Act Risk Classifier is a static tool. The only storage technologies it may use are:
- Strictly necessary storage — for example, a language-preference value kept in your browser's
localStorageso the interface remembers your locale. This is technical storage essential for the site to work and is exempt from the prior-consent requirement under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE.
It does not load analytics scripts, advertising pixels, social-media widgets, or any third-party tracker by default.
3. Third-party cookies
This site currently shows no third-party advertising, so no advertising or attribution cookies are set as a result of using it. Some links on this site may be affiliate or sponsored links; any paid element is an optional one-time export, sold and processed by the payment provider named on the page, and the tool itself is free to use. If an affiliate, sponsored or advertising integration that sets cookies requiring consent is ever introduced, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism added before it is activated. The hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) may process standard connection data to deliver and protect the page, without setting tracking cookies on your device for our purposes.
4. Why is there no cookie banner?
Because the site sets no cookies requiring prior consent under Article 22 LSSI-CE and EU ePrivacy guidance, there is nothing to consent to, so no cookie banner is shown. If cookies requiring consent are ever introduced (for example, analytics or advertising), this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism added before they are activated.
5. How to disable cookies and clear storage
You can disable or delete cookies and clear local storage at any time from your browser settings. Clearing strictly necessary storage may reset your language preference but will not otherwise affect how the tool works.
